Potatoes, grated 4 8 16 32
Carrots, grated 2 4 8 16
Zucchini, grated 2 4 8 16
Eggs, beaten 4 8 16 32
Pepper to taste
Method
1. Place vegetables & eggs in a bowl, mix.
2. Season to taste with pepper.
3. Place spoonfuls of mixture in a hot, oiled pan, flatten slightly.
4. Cook 4-5 minutes each side, until golden brown.
