Butter                                                 ½ tbs      1 tbs     2 tbs     4tbs

 

Pepper, herb                                                    to taste            

 

Parsley, Chopped                                 1 tps     ½ tbs    1 tbs     2 tbs

 

 

Method

 

1.                  Mix egg,milk and optional herbs, pepper, ham etc.

2.                  Melt butter in appropriate size saucepans.

3.                  Add egg mixture.

4.                  Allow to thicken over gentle heat, stirring continuously.  Do not over cook.

5.                  Pile on toast and garnish with parsley.
